1. Who we are
Finplan is a personal finance tool operated by Banextech. Contact: [email protected]

2. Data we collect
Finplan is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your financial data β€” transactions, budgets, goals, income, and settings β€” is stored exclusively on your own device using your browser's localStorage. We never receive, store, or process your financial data on any server.

3. Licence validation
When you activate or re-validate your licence key, your key and an anonymous browser fingerprint (a hash of non-personal browser properties) are sent to our Cloudflare Worker for validation. No financial data is included in this request. The fingerprint is used solely to detect abuse of licence keys.

4. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymous data such as page views and referral sources. No personal identifiers are stored. See plausible.io/privacy.

5. Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email address upon purchase to deliver your licence key. We do not store payment card details. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold (your email address and licence key). To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. Since your financial data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time via Settings β†’ Danger Zone β†’ Clear all data.

7. Data retention
We retain your email and licence key for as long as your licence is active. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Finplan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use Finplan. You may not share, resell, or distribute your licence key. Each key is for a single user.

3. Intellectual property
Finplan and all its source code, design, and content are the exclusive property of Banextech. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app without written permission.

4. No financial advice
Finplan is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections and calculations are estimates for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

5. No warranty
Finplan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your financial data.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banextech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Finplan, including loss of data.

7. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected].

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
